The COVID-19 Pandemic is changing our way of life, and real estate is no exception. The Stay at Home Executive order has challenged us to think differently about home selling and home buying. We’ve adapted and adopted several new measures to support and help keep safe our clients in both buying and selling homes.
If you’re interested in selling your home we are here to help. The process of virtually selling is similar to what we do with our home selling clients in person, we just use Zoom or FaceTime to support us from afar!
First, we’ll set up a consult via Zoom or FaceTime to chat with you about selling your home. We’ll explain our process that helps you get your home SOLD (even in this strange time)!
Then we’ll set up a Virtual Valuation where you tour us through your home, again virtually. This helps us get a better feel for your home and recommend an accurate listing price.
Virtual Signing – we have all of our signing paperwork available online and you can sign them virtually on a phone or iPad. We’re also available via phone or video meeting to answer any questions you have about the paperwork.
Virtual Staging – Our Stager is happy to meet with you virtually to tour your home and give you ideas and tips on how to sell your home faster and for more money. Once the Stay at Home Order is lifted our Stager will stop by to visit wearing protective gear to walk through your home and help you stage to sell!
Virtual Marketing – During the Stay at Home Order, we will ask you to take photos of the interior and exterior of your home as well as record a virtual tour. We’ll share these with our photographer who will edit the photos, color adjust as needed and crop out any things we don’t want to showcase in the photos. We’ll then take the video and photos and post them on the online listing of your home and prospective buyers will be able to tour from the comfort of their own sofa. Once the Stay at home Order is lifted, we’ll send our photographer to your home (in protective gear) to photograph your home and we’ll provide protective gear to prospective buyers and other realtors and will manage the tour schedule in 2-hour blocks to avoid crowds in your home.
Virtual Closings – we’re also able to manage closings virtually from remote mobile services or safe in-office closings, whatever you prefer.
